I think 7.04 and 9.01 are the best versions. These work flawlessly on all versions of Windows from 7 to 11. Paint Shop Pro 4.12 and if memory serves, 7.04 also work on Windows XP. At whichever link below, you want to download the ISO image, linked on the right side. I recommend either 7.04 or 9.01.
